In impoverished areas of the Philippines, homeless and neglected cats and dogs are a common sight. They're left to scrounge for scraps of food and clean drinking water just to survive. On our visits to these areas, we often find dead puppies and kittens and still-living newborn animals discarded in the trash. We need your help right now in order to stem the flow of homeless, neglected, and abused cats and dogs.

PETA's Kapon/Ligation Immediately, Please (KLIP) program provides animals in underprivileged communities with basic veterinary care as well as free spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations. We transport them to veterinarians and then return them to their grateful families.
